Li Xinyu focuses on performance-driven green building design and the sustainable renewal of residential buildings. Current research interests include building life cycle carbon and cost assessment, uncertainty quantification and analysis, AI-assisted generative building design and optimization, and the dynamic renovation of urban and rural housing stocks.
